March Madness is here, and the Georgia Lady Bulldogs are returning to the Big Dance. A strong season for Georgia earned them a No. 10 seed in the Seattle 4 Region.

Georgia will be heading back for their third consecutive NCAA Tournament appearance, and their 22nd of the last 24 years, missing only 2015 and 2017.

The Lady Bulldogs haven’t advanced to the Sweet 16 or Elite 8 since 2013, and haven’t been a Final Four team since 1999. Could this team break any of those streaks? The competition will be tough with seven SEC teams in the field this year.

Here’s when and where to watch the Georgia Lady Bulldogs in the NCAA Tournament.

March Madness schedule: When do the Georgia Bulldogs play next?

The No. 10 seed Lady Bulldogs will take on Florida State on Friday in Iowa City, Ia. Georgia upset the Seminoles in the second round of the 2011 NCAA Tournament.

  • Date: Friday, March 17th

Georgia will have a nice break over the week to rest up for what could be quite a run in the tournament. If the Bulldogs get past FSU, they’ll play the winner of the Iowa-Southeastern Louisiana first-round matchup.

The 2021 bid is Georgia’s 36th appearance in the NCAA tournament, putting them in a tie with Stanford for the second most NCAA bids. The Lady Bulldogs ranks fifth in NCAA tournament games played (92) and seventh in tournament wins (58), per GeorgiaDogs.com
