Georgia football vs Current Independents
These teams are all currently listed as independents, but that could change drastically in the coming years.
Liberty Flames: Liberty spent much of its history in the FCS ranks, only moving up to FBS in 2018. With the way they’ve played since moving up, you may see them on a future Georgia schedule.
Army Black Knights: This could be one of the most surprising teams on this list, and Georgia vs Army would certainly be a great draw for fans at West Point and Athens.
UConn Huskies: Connecticut is another program that has found itself in various conferences and divisions. Not surprising they haven’t wound up being sacrificed in Athens.
