The NFL is now littered with former Georgia Football players making unreal plays. This past week was the start of the NFL pre-season and the dawgs were on full display. I know Kirby Smart does not need any help recruiting talented players to Georgia. But, Smart can point to the production of many former players and make his point on why a kid should come to Georgia. It is ridiculous at this point.

Stetson Bennett, former Georgia Football Quarterback impressed many in his preseason debut for the Los Angeles Rams. Bennett has earned praise all over the NFL world for doing what he usually did when he led the Georgia offense. Bennett was 17-29 on attempts and threw for 191 and 1 touchdown.

While everyone was telling Georgia fans that Bennett would be selling insurance, Stetson is flinging it all over NFL Defenses. Helluva job for an insurance salesman.

Jalen Carter committed a dawg on dawg crime Saturday.

That assault brother. Poor Ben Cleveland, if that was going on at practice in 2020 Monday-Thursday, I would quit playing football.

A positive for Cleveland and his Ravens was that Carter only played two snaps in that game. Two snaps and Jalen Carter has already made a highlight play. Georgia’s defense is going to miss him a lot this upcoming season.

Speaking about the Eagles, they have a ton of former Georgia football players on their team. D’andre Swift Impressed many by doing what he normally does.

Jordan Davis and Nakobe Dean all look to be starters for the Eagles but did not play in the first preseason game. Two other Dawgs, Nolan Smith and Keele Ringo played well for their first NFL playing experience. Both didn’t put up any eye-popping highlights, but solid for their first time.

Across the state of Pennsylvania, more dawgs impressed with the Pittsburgh Steelers. George Pickens did George Pickens things, making a catch and going into the endzone for 6. Pickens and Washington both started for the Steelers. Washington impressed many with his blocking skills, which Georgia fans are used to seeing.

While Pickens and Washington had the spotlight on them Broderick Jones got to play a ton of snaps at left tackle. Jones did well and said after the game that he needed to work on the small things to get a little better. Jones could be a starter for the Steelers by the end of the preseason.

The dawgs were on full display last week and more than likely will be on full display again this week in the NFL pre-season. Truly for the first time in a while, you can turn on any NFL game and see a former Georgia football players. I am sure Kirby is using that to his advantage
