Must watch: Georgia Football releases Game 1 trailer

I am ready. Are you ready? Georgia Football released its first game trailer.

Gone are the days of the narrating trailer, which I miss, but this trailer gets the blood pumping. Sylvester Croom’s message at the end got the adrenaline flowing. Also, the “noise” of the media starts the video and then suddenly cuts to Kirby saying, “I don’t care about the three-peat.” Fantastic.

Also, the All-Blacks were featured. If you have heard Kirby Smart speak at all this offseason, then you have heard about them ad nauseam. I believe that someday, someone from the All-Blacks will be inside Sanford Stadium someday. Just a hunch.

Anyway, the theme for this season is: better never rest. Hopefully, the Dawgs are better than what the College Gameday crew expects out of them. Though, the dawgs can’t beat the expectations we all have for them. One more sleep, and Georgia football is here. I’m not sure I can sleep tonight.

I do not think the Georgia players need to be hyped up for this game. But I guess the fanbase needed something to get them ready. This trailer is what I believe the entire fanbase needed for its wake-up call. Just wait till they play this inside Sanford before kickoff! That crowd, for at least the 1st quarter, will be electric. In all honesty, I am just happy football is back. From now until January, there will always be something to watch. For example, I get to watch Billy Naiper try to coach all this season. Boy, I’m already enjoying it! But this Saturday and the following 12 Saturdays, it will be about the Dawgs continuing their reign of dominance.
