Georgia Football released a game trailer for the South Carolina game.

The theme this week is hunting. Kirby Smart and the Dawgs look to go chicken hunting, I suppose. This game marks the start of SEC play, and as the coaches said in the trailer, there is something a little different about SEC games.

Kirby Smart has challenged the fans going to the game to be early and loud. About every time Kirby challenges the fan base, they exceed expectations. This all started when Smart was asked about the comments Hemingway did not make. Tonka did not name Sanford Stadium as a tough place to play. Some South Carolina fans are upset over Kirby Smarts’ comments.

Smart said this when asked about Tonka’s statement.

"“What people want to question whether our fans are elite, we’ll find out Saturday, right? It sounds like Tonka called ‘em out, Maybe we need to use Tonka for motivation and let him be the one that spurns our group to come out there at 3:30 and be really loud and fired up. I certainly hope our fan base will be. They’ve answered the bell every single time. I don’t know why they wouldn’t now.”"

I guess both fanbases needed something to fire themselves up, as Georgia is a 27.5-point favorite when writing this blog. Georgia should win this one with ease. But the last team to beat the Dawgs inside Sanford Stadium was South Carolina in 2019.

Georgia football looks to continue their winning streak at 20 games. Furthermore, the Dawgs want to add to the nation’s longest home-game winning streak, which started after the 2019 loss to South Carolina.

The game is set to kick off at 3:30 on CBS. This means the folks at the game get saved from hearing Gary Danielson. Which I am sure everyone will totally be ok with that and not complain.
