2. Notre Dame scores less than 15 points
The Irish have one of the top offenses in the country. That statement may surprise you, but Notre Dame does have the No. 2 scoring offense in the country as they average 38.8 points per game. It goes without saying that Georgia is going to have to hold Notre Dame under that total if they are going to win this game.
But what if Georgia holds them way under that total? What if Notre Dame doesn't surpass 14 points in this game? Well that is exactly what we are predicting.
The Irish have only been held to this total once this season, and that was in their only loss to Northern Illinois when they scored 14 points. Since that game however, Notre Dame hasn't scored less than 27, and they also eclipsed 50 points twice, so holding Notre Dame under 15 will be no easy task.
But Georgia's defense knows they need to play well if they want to win this game. UGA's offense likely won't be as reliable as they have been all season, so it will be up to the defense to make this a low scoring game, and the Bulldogs' defense will do just that.
