3 Bulldogs who must play out of their minds for Georgia to topple No. 1 Texas

Everyone needs to play well for Georgia on Saturday, but these three Bulldogs in particular need to play out of their minds.

2. RB Trevor Etienne

Carson Beck and the Georgia wide receivers had a stellar game last week in their win over Mississippi State, but that came at a cost for the UGA rushing attack. Now whenever your offense puts up 41 points while throwing for 459 yards, I'm never going to complain about anything related to the offense, but I think it's safe to say that Beck probably won't throw for that many yards for a second week in a row. So that means the running game will be very important for Georgia.

Unfortunately, UGA will be without two key running backs in Branson Robinson and Roderick Robinson. That means Trevor Etienne is really going to have to pick up the slack.

So far this season, Etienne has racked up 63 carries for 335 rushing yards and four rushing touchdowns. Those are solid stats, but it doesn't jump out to me as being overly impressive. Etienne also hasn't ran for 100 yards yet in a game this season.

Now a lot of that is due to Georgia spreading the love between multiple backs on the roster, but with the two Robinson's out that won't be the case on Saturday. Etienne is going to have to be ready to receive more carries than he has in one game yet this season. He needs to be ready to take care of the ball and take advantage of the opportunities his offensive line creates for him.

If Etienne is able to eclipse 100 yards on the ground on Saturday, Georgia is going to have a good chance to win this game.
