3. Wide Receiver
Georgia has the potential to lose a lot of talent at wide receiver this offseason. It's unlikely that any contributors will enter the Transfer Portal, but many of their top receivers could be off to the NFL.
This includes Colbie Young and Noah Thomas who are out of eligibility as well as Zachariah Branch who could enter the NFL Draft a year early.
Georgia has a lot of young talent lower on the depth chart who will be able to step in to replace these players, but UGA will still need to get some help out of the portal as well. Georgia saw this past season how impactful a transfer wide receiver can be as Branch came in and set the program record for receptions in a single season, so Georgia would be wise to try and build on that success.
Georgia hasn't been linked with a wide receiver in the portal yet, but it would not be surprising to see that happen very soon.
