2. The defense has shown a lot of weaknesses

What was once a strength for this Georgia team has turned into a big question mark. And that is the Georgia defense.

This was a unit Georgia was able to rely on to win games this season (as seen against Kentucky and Texas), but the last few weeks have not been good for them.

Against Florida, the UGA defense struggled against the physical style of play from quarterback DJ Lagway. And Ole Miss had their way with Georgia both on the ground and threw the air as well. Yes Georgia was able to get stops and force field goals against Ole Miss, but there were way too many drives that Ole Miss was able to move the ball with ease.

If Georgia continues to struggle on defense, this season is all but over. Georgia's offense has not shown they can win a shootout, so if Georgia is going to turn their season around it begins with their defense.
