3. My confidence going forward has decreased

I'd be curious to run a poll to see how UGA fans are feeling after this game. If you're anything like me, your confidence has dropped some after this game.

Mississippi State on paper was probably the second easiest game remaining on the Bulldogs' schedule. So only winning by 10 points is not what anyone hoped to see. But it was the manner that it was done which is what causes some concern for me.

As I mentioned in my first takeaway, the UGA offense, specifically Beck, were lights out. But can we expect them to play that well every game? Considering this was a career night for Beck I think the obvious answer is no. Especially with the caliber of teams coming up on the schedule, with Texas up next, I don't think we can count on the UGA offense to consistently score this many points.

On the other hand, if UGA gives up 31 points to Mississippi State at home then I don't want to know what's possible against a team like Texas on the road.

I still believe that Georgia can win the rest of the games on their schedule, but if they play like they did against MSU then my confidence will be shattered.
