2. Kirby Smart has rare coaching blunder

Kirby Smart's decision to fake a punt during the third quarter was genius. It caught Ole Miss completely off guard and gave Georgia a little momentum that they did not have since the first half. He however ruined that beautiful play call by embarrassing himself when he faked a punt for a second time.

This time Georgia was much deeper in their half of the field and it was midway through the fourth quarter. Georgia also only trailed Ole Miss by three points, so punting the ball away wasn't a bad option by any means. But he decided to go for it which Ole Miss easily stopped.

It'd be one thing if he drew up a creative play like they did the first time that just didn't work. But instead he decided to rush the offense back on the field and snap the ball when it looked like some players on offense weren't expected the ball to be snapped. It seemed like some players thought they were just trying to draw Ole Miss offsides because they were late off the line of scrimmage at the snap.

It isn't common for Smart to make blunders like this, but he gifted Ole Miss seven points that ultimately ended up costing Georgia the game.
