2. Georgia has the deepest RB room in the country
One of the biggest talking points entering this season was how deep Georgia's running back room is. Their collective performance against Tennessee is the perfect representation of why they are in fact the deepest group in the country.
Georgia had five running backs receive significant snaps on Saturday, and all five shined in their own way. Nate Frazier led the way with 14 carries for 73 yards and continued to cement himself as the No. 1 option in this group. Not far behind is Chauncey Bowens who recorded 12 carries for 32 yards and transfer Josh McCray saw his first real action with seven carries that he turned into two touchdowns including the game-winner in overtime.
Dwight Phillips received five carries that he turned into an impressive 29 yards, and Cash Jones popped off for seven yards on his one carry while adding two receptions in the passing game as well.
And it's impossible to not talk about the running game without mentioning Stockton who ran for 38 yards and a touchdown as well.
The best thing about all of this depth is that UGA will always have multiple options depending on what any defense throws at them. And in case some injuries start to creep up on Georgia, their running back room should be fine thanks to their depth.
This group has a chance to be special, and Saturday night was the first example of how great they can really be this year.
