3. Glenn Schumann, Georgia's defense continue to struggle

Something is seriously wrong with Georgia's defense. They are yet to have a game where they truly dominate for 60 minutes, in fact they haven't even been close to accomplishing that.

Saturday's win over Ole Miss was the worst performance of the season for Georgia's defense because they gave up five straight touchdowns during the Rebels first five drives of the game. It is impossible to do worse than that and defensive coordinator Glenn Schumann is to blame.

Schumann consistently does not have his team ready to play. They never seem prepared at the start of every game and they are a big reason why Georgia always finds themselves trailing at the beginning of every game.

Schumann and Georgia's defense do deserve some credit because they did wake up in the fourth quarter and played lights out football. They also have been a very good second half team for the most part all season. But something needs to change because these horrific starts are eventually going to cost Georgia.
