Georgia football and the rest of the college football world has made it to national signing day. The early signing period begins on Wednesday, Dec. 4, and many of the top recruits committed to Georgia will be signing and making their commitment official.

There are also many uncommitted players out there that Georgia still has a great chance to land, as well as some players that are committed to other programs. And the recruitment that is the most intriguing is from a four-star player currently committed to Florida State.

4-star DL Kevin Wynn

Kevin Wynn is a four-star defensive lineman from Greensboro, GA. Wynn is one of the top players in the country according to the 247Sports composite rankings, coming in as the No. 98 overall player in the country. He also is the No. 14 defensive lineman in the country and the No. 13 overall player from the state of Georgia.

Wynn has been committed to Florida State since the end of June, but that commitment appears to be very shaky at this point.

Two schools are pushing hard for Wynn’s commitment, and that is Georgia and South Carolina. And as it stands one day before early signing period, Wynn is trending towards flipping to one of these schools. But unfortunately for Georgia, it does not appear to be going their way.

South Carolina has now received four crystal ball predictions in their favor to flip Wynn from Florida State. So it looks like Georgia is going to come up just short in this recruitment.

Theoretically there is still a chance Kirby Smart could work some magic and win this recruitment, but that seems very unlikely at this point. But there is no need to panic as Georgia still has the No. 1 recruiting class in the country, and they have a great chance to finish their at the end of the cycle.
