Georgia football took down Alabama in dominant fashion Saturday en route to their second straight SEC Championship. The Bulldogs controlled the game all night long en route to their 28-7 victory and showed why they are one of the favorites to win a National Championship this season.
However, not everyone believes Georgia is one of the best teams in the country even after this victory. Big Ten football analyst Jake Butt proclaimed that he still believes Indiana and Ohio State are the two best teams in the country, but Aaron Murray was quick to respond and say what every Georgia fan was thinking after beating Alabama.
I think you might want to go back and watch the SEC Championship game https://t.co/QCpWExpg4U

Aaron Murray has Georgia's back after beating Alabama
Butt claimed with absolute certainty that Indiana and Ohio State are still the two best teams in the country. There's no denying that they are both some of the best teams college football has to offer this season, but the Bulldogs belong in that conversation. In fact, Murray, like the entire Georgia fanbase, believe that they are better than both of these teams.
Not only did Georgia just beat Alabama by 21 points, but they have countless other big wins. They also beat a really good Texas team while being the only team to beat Ole Miss so far this season. Indiana and Ohio State on the other hand were able to skate by an easy Big Ten slate instead of being challenged every week like Georgia is in the SEC.
The good news for Georgia is that they will have every chance to prove they are the best team in the country during the College Football Playoff. And if Georgia is going to win a national title there is a good chance they will have to beat Ohio State or Indiana (or both) along the way.
