There were countless positive takeaways from Georgia's 41-21 win over Mississippi State on Sautrday. Nate Frazier had the game of his career and Georgia's defense finally played a complete game. Kirby Smart and his staff also out-coached Mississippi State's staff by a mile and Georgia's special teams didn't make any mistakes either.
But likely every Georgia fan was thinking the same thing after this win, and David Pollack expressed those feelings to perfection.
.@GeorgiaFootball's freshman talent is just stupid and was on full display vs. Miss State

David Pollack said the quiet part out loud after Georgia's win over Mississippi State
As Pollack shared in the above video, the greatest takeaway from Georgia's win was just how dominant their freshman class is. There were countless freshmen who played very well against Mississippi State, but Pollack chose to highlight the play from tight end Elyiss Williams. Williams may have only made one catch on Saturday, but he convinced Pollack that he is the next great tight end at Georgia.
"He's (Williams) a problem for years and years to come. He's the next tight end."
Williams isn't the only freshman having a great season as Pollack called out offensive linemen Juan Gaston and Dontrell Glover as well as defensive lineman Elijah Griffin and running back Bo Walker. He even mentioned Landon Roldan who had a jet sweep drawn up for him on Saturday as well.
Many of these freshmen will have a big say in how Georgia's season ends this year while some might not get as many oportunities. But it's clear that the future in Athens is very bright as these freshmen will become the names Georgia fans become all too familiar with every Saturday during the fall.
So while Georgia fans should be very confident heading into the rest of the season for a variety of reasons, the emergence of a few freshmen has to be the one thing that makes UGA fans the most confident going forward.
