David Pollack is one of the most respected college football analysts in the sport today. One of the best things about Pollack is that he is completely unbiased when it comes to his opinions on college football which is something every college football fan wants more of nowadays.
Pollack is a Georgia football legend, but he never lets that get in the way of doing his job. But his latest opinion on Florida and their star quarterback DJ Lagway is a head-scratcher.
Throws like this are the reason @GatorsFB went 6-0 in games DJ Lagway started & finished last season.

Florida fans, that sound you hear is Hope knocking on your door againpic.twitter.com/ZbRx1n6w5s
Former Georgia superstar is high on rival Florida
In the above social media post from Pollack, he is showcasing an admittedly incredible throw from Lagway. There's no denying that Lagway is a great quarterback, even Georgia fans would admit that, but no UGA fan would go as far as to say that he is good enough to lead Florida to an SEC Championship.
While Pollack didn't specifically say that, that is exactly what he is implying. He is implying that by making the point that Florida is a perfect 6-0 in games that Lagway started and finished last season.
Pollack then finished it off by saying that Florida fans should finally have hope in their football team, which is something they haven't had in quite some time.
Georgia gets to face Florida once again this season, so the Bulldogs will have a chance to squash any hope Florida fans may have. UGA did beat Florida by a comfortable 14 points last season, but that was after Lagway got injured in the first half and sat out for the rest of the game. Before that injury occurred, Florida actually looked like the better team.
So maybe there is a reason for Florida fans to be hopeful this season, but to suggest they'll finally be able to have a successful season and get back on top of the SEC is a bold proclamation for anyone to make. Thankfully Georgia will have their chance to prevent that from happening.
