Halloween throughout the state of Georgia means there will be countless children dressing up as their favorite UGA football players. So those passing out candy should expect to see Gunner Stockton, Nate Frazier and maybe even Kirby Smart show up at their doorstep a few times.

Georgia football costumes have been popular on Halloween night for decades, and that was even the case among the current team back when they were kids. In fact, starting center Drew Bobo revealed that he dressed up as a Georgia player back in the day, and he chose to be the same star quarterback not once, but twice.

Georgia center Drew Bobo had the best Halloween costume

Reporters decided to have a little fun with the players that were made available to the media this week. One reporter asked Bobo what his favorite Halloween costumes were as a kid, and he quickly said that he went as former quarterback Aaron Murray not once, but twice.

This is such a cool thing to imagine a current star Bulldog dressing up as a former Georgia superstar as a kid. Not only was he dressing up as a UGA football player, but he likely was imagining what it would be like if he actually became a Bulldog one day. And Bobo is one of the lucky ones who is actually getting to live out that dream.

So the Georgia fans who will likely see a fair amount of UGA football players throughout Halloween night should remind themselves that someday they might be that little kids biggest fan. Bobo likely isn’t the first Bulldog to dress up as a Georgia football player as a kid and he certainly won’t be the last, so the next Georgia star could very well be showing up on anyone’s doorstep on Halloween night.

So maybe have a small bucket of king size candy off to the side to give to these kids when they show up.
