Georgia likely just clinched a trip to the SEC Championship game after beating Texas, but there are still two important games in front of them. A non-conference matchup against a school like Charlotte may not seem like a big deal, but Georgia has to stay focused because a loss not only would be embarrassing, but it could keep them out of the College Football Playoff if they don’t win the SEC.
But this is Georgia being talked about, and Charlotte is 1-6 so far this season, so there is no chance UGA loses this game.
The goal in this game for Georgia should be to get up by as many points as they can as quickly as they can. That way they can rest their starters and give extra playing time to their backups who can use as many reps as they possibly can.
