Silas Demary Jr was one of Georgia basketball's best players last season. He is a big reason UGA was able to make it to the NCAA Tournament for the first time in over 10 years, but unfortunately he decided to enter the Transfer Portal and head to UConn where he thought he would have a better chance to showcase his talent and win a championship.

Demary is off to a solid start this season at UConn, but he had a moment to forget during their matchup with Depaul on Sunday.

Former Georgia Bulldog battled a stomach during dominant victory

At the start of the second half Demary was seen sprinting off the court right after the first whistle. He had his hand over his mouth as he left the court and announcers later confirmed that he had thrown up at the end of the play.

Demary did get get a little puke on the court, so officials had to stop the play to clean up the court before the game could resume.

This had to be an embarrassing moment for Demary to unfold on live television. Not only did every person in the arena get to see this take place, but potentially millions of people have now seen this on live TV and on social media. But Demary did get the last laugh because UConn beat Depaul 72-54 behind his 13 points, seven rebounds and eight assists.

Head coach Dan Hurley did confirm that Demary isn't sick, but this moment was caused by him mixing a drink with pickle juice during halftime.

Both Georgia and UConn are in great positions to have big years this season. Georgia just entered the top 25 for the first time this season and the Huskies have looked like one of the best teams in the country. Maybe these teams will face each other at some point this season, but it is good to see Demary finding success at UConn and Georgia continuing to play well for the second season in a row.
