Although it may be a down year for him professionally, Travon Walker knows his Jacksonville Jaguars are an absolute wagon! They just went into Mile High Stadium in Week 16 to hand the juggernaut Denver Broncos only their third loss on the season. Jacksonville improved to 11-4 on the year with their 34-20 road victory over Bo Nix's team. Jacksonville is one game ahead of the Houston Texans.
So when asked after the game about fans hopping on the bandwagon, Walker did not mess around.
“Everyone gonna try to hop on this bandwagon now. We don’t want nobody. Stay where you’re at. F**k everyone but us. Excuse my language, Mom, Dad and Grandma. But f**k everybody but us.”
The guys were honestly blown away by the amount of confidence the former Georgia star displayed.

This lands differently than Jalen Ramsey's infamous line of "We're going to the Super Bowl, and we're gonna win that b***h!". Jacksonville now owns the head-to-head tiebreaker over Denver heading into the final two weeks of the season. They are effectively a lock to make the AFC Playoffs in one way, shape, or form. They would need to lose out and for the Indianapolis Colts to win out to miss them.
While Jacksonville has been a fun team to watch come along, it needs all the fans it can get here...
Travon Walker does not want people to hop on the Jaguars' bandwagon
Let's take this from purely a Georgia Bulldogs football perspective. The largest section of crossover fans would have to be with the Atlanta Falcons. They have been eliminated from the NFC Playoffs, again... While a lot may still be flying high with the Philadelphia Eagles because of all their Georgia ties, Jacksonville does share a tiny cross-section of the Georgia fandom market, but do they even care?
So if you typically rock with the Falcons, find the Eagles to be too abrasive to actively root for, and do not want to deal with the 2.5-sack wrath of the former No. 1 overall pick out of Georgia by the Jags, then maybe you can root for another Georgia great in Matthew Stafford's Los Angeles Rams? He already has one Lombardi Trophy to his name, so why not get a second to be a hall-of-fame lock?
In the end, this comment from Walker may come back to haunt him and the team. Jacksonville is one of four teams to never reach a Super Bowl in their history. Granted, they are an expansion team from the mid-1990s, but they have also played in three AFC Championships. Their 1999 team went 14-2 and fell for a third time to the arch rival Tennessee Titans in the AFC title bout. This is not a good look.
So if you are on the fence about finding a team to hop on the bandwagon, do not bother with Duval.
