Georgia has been without wide receiver Colbie Young for over two months. The last time he took the field was against Ole Miss on Oct. 18, but he fractured his leg that kept him sidelined for the rest of the regular season.
Young was one of Georgia's top wide receivers before his injury, so missing him the last two months has been tough for UGA to overcome. Young however has officially been cleared to play against Ole Miss in the College Football Playoff on Thursday as he was taken off Georgia's injury report that was released Tuesday night.

Colbie Young's return comes at the perfect time for Georgia
Young was Georgia's No. 1 receiver when he went down with this injury. Before his injury he recorded 23 receptions, 336 and one touchdown and was the top wide receiver that Gunner Stockton could rely on in the passing game.
Georgia thankfully has been able to keep winning without Young throughout the rest of the season, in fact their offense has become one of the top units in the country in his absence. But it's impossible to deny how much better they could be with him on the field, but up to this point it seemed like that wasn't going to happen. However, earlier this week Young was spotted making plays in practice and this injury report confirms what everyone thought in that he will play against Ole Miss.
It will be interesting to see how much of an impact he actually makes on the game on Thursday because it can be difficult for anyone to have a big game in their first game back after a significant injury. But footage from Georgia's practice over the weekend shows that he may be better than ever before and ready to have a huge game at the Sugar Bowl on Thursday.
