Georgia football has a small but mighty 2026 recruiting class that currently ranks No. 18 in the country, according to 247Sports. That ranking is not where anyone wants to be, but considering the Bulldogs only have six commits in their class it really isn't all that bad.
But the expectation at Georgia is to sign one of the top classes in the country if not the No. 1 class. Georgia has accomplished this the previous three recruiting classes as they have finished with one of the top two classes in the country all three years. But if Georgia wants to stay on top of the college football world then they need to continue recruiting at that high of a level.
In order to accomplish that, Georgia will need to start adding more commits to their class. And while it is still unknown where a lot of Georgia's top targets currently stand, Rivals National Recruiting Director Adam Gorey recently predicted where the top 100 players in the country will commit, and eight of those players were predicted to Georgia.

5-star QB Jared Curtis - No. 4
5-star LB Tyler Atkinson - No. 18
4-star TE Mark Bowman - No. 29
4-star TE Kaiden Prothro - No. 31
4-star OT Pierre Dean - No. 42
4-star EDGE Khamari Brooks - No. 61
4-star LB Shadarius Toodle - No. 71
4-star RB Jae Lamar - No. 97
In a perfect world, all eight of these players will commit to Georgia in the coming days, but everyone knows that isn't realistic. But all eight of these players joining Georgia's class would immediately propel the Bulldogs to the top of the recruiting rankings.
While Georgia fans wait for their next commit, it is nice to know that an expert like Gorey is confident Georgia will add this many of the top players in the country to their class at some point.
