Recruiting will always be one of the most important things in college football. No matter what changes come to the sport, it will always be impossible to compete for championships if you are unable to bring the best players in the country to your program.

Thankfully Georgia football and Kirby Smart do not have an issue at accomplishing that.

There are many reasons why Georgia recruits so well year after year, and one of the biggest reasons is how well the Bulldogs have done on the field in recent years. However, one very important thing for every recruit is getting developed into an NFL caliber player, and Georgia is as good at that as anyone in the country.

The NFL Playoffs this season have been a great example of that as Georgia had 28 former players make the playoffs. But not only did UGA have a lot of players make the playoffs, they are playing extremely well. This includes wide receiver Ladd McConkey who broke an NFL Playoff rookie receiving record as well as running back James Cook going off with the Buffalo Bills.

But another great example of the success Georgia is finding in the NFL was seen in the below picture after the Philadelphia Eagles beat the Green Bay Packers on Sunday.

Georgia Bulldogs were all over the field in Eagles vs. Packers game

A player from Georgia has been featured in every playoff game so far this postseason, but no other game even compared to the game between the Eagles and Packers. Not only was this game that featured the most Bulldogs, but they all were dominating the game and making plays all over the field. And when the game was all said and done, they all got together to take the above picture to show how amazing the brotherhood is in this program, regardless of if they even played together at Georgia or not.

So while all the success Georgia has had in recent years definitely is a big reason why UGA recruits so well, games like this in the NFL Playoffs is a great reminder of another reason why elite recruits flock to Athens.
