Not only is Georgia football clicking on all levels right now, but so too are many other programs in Athens. The Georgia men's basketball program just made the NCAA Tournament for the first time in a decade, and women's soccer is the No. 17 team in the country right now.
While all of this success makes being a Georgia fan extremely exciting, there is one major concern that comes with it. And that is the possibility of losing Athletic Director Josh Brooks.
Unfortunately there is a chance that Georgia loses Brooks as indicated by Rivals insider Radi Nabulsi in the below post.
LSU's first call will be to UGA's Josh Brooks https://t.co/B1CArjCYdk

Georgia AD Josh Brooks being linked to LSU is even more ridiculous than it sounds
A great Athletic Director is a requirement for any school that takes their sports seriously. They are never the first person that receives credit when things are going well, but they deserve more praise than they receive. Brooks is someone who definitely falls into the category of someone who deserves more credit.
All of this success Georgia's athletics have seen recently has made him an attractice candidate for other schools. And according to Nabulsi, LSU is someone who could be interested in Brooks.
It is worth mentioning that Brooks has not shown any interest in leaving Georgia, but it would still be concerning seeing a program like LSU get involved. But would Brooks even be a good fit there? The Tigers just fired head football coach Brian Kelly and then immediately shared their Athletic Director Scott Woodward would not be allowed to hire their next coach. That is a strange announcement to make, but days later LSU fired Woodward.
And to make things even more interesting, Louisiana Governor Jeff Landry has begun getting involved in the hiring process as well. Now what person would want to take a job knowing that politics is actively looking over their shoulder?
It will be interesting to see if LSU does try to steal Brooks or not, but it's hard to imagine him leaving Georgia in general. But it feels especially unlikely that he would leave Georgia for a program like LSU with everything they are dealing with right now.
