Jayden Wade is a five-star quarterback who is the No. 1 player in the country. Wade visited Georgia this past weekend when the Bulldogs took on Alabama, and it sounds like his visit to Athens went extremely well.

Wade spoke with 247Sports after his visit, and he shared the message Georgia and Kirby Smart have sent him throughout his recruitment.

"Georgia is a great place," Wade shared via 247sports.com. "The message is they can develop me, and I'll be able to compete every year for a championship."

The message Georgia has for Wade or any quarterback they target is quite simple. UGA is in a position where they know they will compete for championships each season which is a huge draw to any top quarterback. They also have a proven track record of being able to develop quarterbacks into NFL talent, so those two facts will stand out to any quarterback.

And it appears it has stood out to Wade so far in his recruitment.

Jayden Wade shares how much he loved his visit to Georgia

Wade also went on to discuss how much he loved his time at Georgia during his visit.

"I think it was a great game. I think the atmosphere was unmatched," Wade continued. "I love the Georgia environment and the staff. I just feel great energy when I'm at the program."

Wade is a member of the 2028 recruiting class, so there is still over two years left in his recruitment. But it's clear from the above comments that Georgia is in a great position in his recruitment right now.

Wade is a name every Georgia fan is going to want to follow closely over the next two years. And who knows, maybe he will end up committing to Georgia and will be the QB that takes over the offense after fellow five-star Jared Curtis's career is done.
