Georgia made every one of Brandon Walker's trolling mind games backfire in the worst way possible

Mississippi State fan and Barstool Sports personality Brandon Walker thought he could put the hex on Georgia. He was very mistaken.

Barstool Sports personality Brandon Walker is an SEC supporter, and has been known to loudly debate the strength of the conference with his boss, Dave Portnoy. But before he's an SEC fan, he's a Mississippi State fan first, and that meant he was railing against the Bulldogs from Athens last week.

Walker and some of the other Barstool gents made the trip to Starkville, Mississippi to cheer for their Bulldogs, while simultaneously trying to psyche out the real Dawgs. The trolling was sheer genius (or so they thought).

Seeing Walker pick Mississippi State was no big surprise, but he brought along his cowbell and his emphatic statement that the Starkvegas Bulldogs were going to have UGA for lunch.

Not only did Walker attack the Dawgs, but he went right after head coach Kirby Smart, unleashing a furious tirade dating back to last year's victory over Mississippi State in Athens.

The mind games, and bar-trolling went on and on, sometimes including help from El Presidente (aka, Portnoy). It was clear that Walker and his cronies were going to do their best to put the Dawgs off their game and send them home to Athens with their ears back and tail tucked.

Let's go to the tape, Brandon.

I mean, things started off just fine. Walker was as rah-rah as ever and getting ready to celebrate a huge upset win, as Mississippi State got off to a 7-0 lead.

However, the lead was short-lived (and never seen again), which dampened his spirits just a little. Note the "ugh" factor in this post?

As Georgia began to pile on the points and the yardage, Walker's mood turned. Seems a harsh reality was beginning to set in.

From there, Walker moved to sad resignation. If his words were tears, he could have filled a few beer steins for the whole Barstool crew.

Finally, as if it were the last stage of grief, came acceptance. There was no turning back, as Georgia had played Ivan Drago to his precious Apollo Creed.

From that point on, Walker went radio silent about the game. No amount of troll dust was bringing Mississippi State back, and his mind games had backfired in the worst possible way.

Cheers, Brandon! The REAL Bulldog Nation sends you a big hearty CLANGA!
