Georgia football could very well be just two weeks away until their next commitment. Jan. 30 was the last commitment Georgia received when top 100 safety Zech Fort made his commitment official to Georgia, but it has been radio silence since then.
That however could be changing soon as four-star offensive lineman Zyon Guiles has announced a commitment date for March 20.

4-star IOL Zyon Guiles
Guiles is a four-star offensive lineman from Hemingway, South Carolina. According to the 247Sports composite rankings, he is the No. 3 player from his home state of South Carolina and the No. 14 overall player at this position. Guiles is also the No. 157 overall player in the 2026 recruiting class as well.
On3's Hayes Fawcett shared a few key updates in Guiles' recruitmet on Thursday, including his top seven schools. Georgia is included in that list as well as Florida, Tennessee, Alabama, Florida State, South Carolina and Clemson.
That however was not the only announcement shared as Fawcett also stated that Guiles will announce his commitment in two weeks on March 21.
Usually this is good news for Georgia because that means they could be adding a commit to their class very soon. However, South Carolina appears to be the team to beat as On3 gives the Gamecocks a 41.7 percent chance to win this recruitment.
Even if Guiles does commit to a different program, Georgia still has an official visit scheduled with him for later this summer. If this visit stays on the books, this would be a great chance for them to sway him from whatever school he ends up committing to. Obviously the first choice would be to earn his commitment in two weeks, but if that decision doesn't go Georgia's way they will still have time to change his mind in the future.
