No Georgia football fan needs to be told how bright the future is in Athens. One of the biggest reasons why Georgia is confident in their future is because of the elite recruiting classes UGA brings in every year.

That once again is the case in the 2026 recruiting class which is headlined by five-star quarterback Jared Curtis.

Curtis is in the middle of his senior season in high school where he is proving why he is the No. 1 quarterback in the country. He single-handedly has led his team to countless big victories throughout his career, and that has continued this fall.

Curtis has also won countless awards throughout his career and has many accomplishments he will be able to look back on fondly for the rest of his life. The latest accomplishment however might be one of the best of all as he just threw for his 100th touchdown of his high school career on Friday night.

Jared Curtis continues adding to his already impressive resume

Last season was by far the best year of Curtis's career that was full of impressive accomplishments. Curtis led his team to a 12-1 record and a State Championship, the first for their program in nine years. On top of that, Curtis was named the Tennessee Player of the Year and a MaxPreps Junior All-American.

Curtis's high school legacy is already set in stone, but he still has his senior season where he can add to it. And he began adding to that resume by throwing for his 100th career touchdown on Friday.

While Curtis finshes out his high school career over the next couple months, Georgia fans can watch with a smile on their faces knowing what's to come in the future. The present version of Georgia is already very good, but a player like Curtis has the potential to raise Georgia's ceiling higher than it's ever been before.
