Since the beginning of the Transfer Portal era there really hasn't been many examples of bad blood between Georgia and the players who have left the program. Former quarterback Carson Beck rubbed some people the wrong way on his way out, but there aren't many fans left that dislike him still to this day.
The same however can't be said about Damon Wilson.
Wilson entered the Transfer Portal after the 2024 season and ended up transferring to Missouri. Georgia was very upset to see him leave, but overall it seemed like his departure was as normal as it comes. That however proved to not be the case as Georgia and Wilson are now in a legal battle over an unpaid NIL buyout when he left Georgia.
The courts will decide who wins that case, but Wilson did himself no favors in that court battle as he is entering the Transfer Portal once again.
NEW: Missouri star EDGE Damon Wilson plans to enter the NCAA transfer portal, @PeteNakos and @Hayesfawcett3 reports.

Former Georgia EDGE can't stay loyal to anyone
Wilson had a very good season at Missouri that included a whopping nine sacks. Missouri also had a pretty solid season overall as well, but Wilson is not interested in sticking around and will look to join a new team for the second year in a row.
This decision however could end up proving costly as he battles Georgia over his alleged failure to pay his buyout clause to UGA. Why would the court want to reward him for ditching Georgia for Missouri when just one year later he is back in the portal again?
Georgia fans probably don't care where Wilson ends up playing next season, but it will be interesting to see how his case against UGA unfolds. Regardless he is doing himself no favors and is continuing to put himself in a bad light by not being able to stay loyal to any one team.
