Georgia football wide receiver Arian Smith is one of the many Bulldogs who declared for this summer's NFL Draft after Georgia's season came to an end. Smith however was one of just six Bulldogs who will be appearing in the Senior Bowl this weekend which shows that he is one of the more sought after prospects from Georgia this year.

But out of all six Bulldogs at the Senior Bowl, Smith has the most question marks surrounding him. This past season, Smith finished with an impressive 48 receptions for 817 yards and four touchdowns. However, as everyone knows, the wide receiver room had a lot of issues with catching the ball as they led the nation in drops this season. And Smith was one of the players with the most issues.

So even though Smith had a solid season statistically, he has a lot to prove to NFL scouts and organizations before the draft later this summer. Thankfully he is doing just that so far at the Senior Bowl.

Arian Smith Highlights

Smith will undoubtedly be selected at some point in the NFL Draft this summer, but where he will be selected is unknown. There is likely no chance he is a first round pick and there is even a decent chance he isn't selected in the second or third round on day two of the draft either. So Smith could very will be looking at getting picked towards the end of the draft this summer.

However, if he continues to shine in front of NFL representatives like he did on Wednesday at the Senior Bowl, then he has every chance to move up in the draft. Georgia fans still shouldn't expect to hear his name called too early, but if he continues to perform well like he did on Wednesday then he very well could solidify himself as a day two selection.
