Minutes into the latest rendition of The World's Largest Outdoor Cocktail Party vs. arch rival Florida, the Georgia Bulldogs suffered a potential game-changing injury for them defensively. After scoring a touchdown on their first offensive possession, defensive lineman Jordan Hall had to be helped off the field due to some unintended friendly fire. Linebacker Raylen Wilson may have rolled up on him.

Hall has dealt with one injury after another throughout his Georgia playing career. The fact his latest injury came in his hometown of Jacksonville, Florida during The Cocktail Party only added insult to injury. Georgia was able to force Florida to punt on its first offensive possession, but gave up a touchdown right away on the subsequent Georgia offensive drive after a terrible punt by the Dawgs.

Jordan D. Hill of Dawgs247 surmised how Dawg Nation is feeling right now about this injury to Hall.

Shortly after Hall was taken off the field, he was ruled out for the contest, based on ABC's reporting.

Seconds after it was announced, Gunner Stockton threw what was only his second pick of the year.

Right now, Georgia needs to buckle down and find a way to stifle this revamped Florida offense in the early part of the game. All year long, Georgia has struggled defensively in the early part of games, particularly in SEC play. This is in part because of a non-existent pass rush, as well as a defensive backfield that exists at times to only give up the big play. Florida is playing with house money today.

The good news for Georgia is the Dawgs often hunker down in the second half and start playing Georgia football. It is Kirby Smart's greatest strength as a head coach to make all the necessary adjustments at halftime. This is a rivalry game after all, so anything and everything can happen. Florida is desperate at 3-4 on the year, while Georgia is thinking about the playoff at 6-1 this season.

We will keep you updated on anything that comes out of this game regarding Hall's massive injury.
