Georgia football has been one of the best college football programs over the last decade. The Bulldogs also are one of the programs that looks to be setup the best to have continued success for years and years to come as well.

That fact is what made On3's Josh Pate recently claim that he believes Georgia is the best job in the country right now.

There are countless reasons why Georgia is the best job in all of college football, but it boils down to a few simple characteristics.

First of all, the Bulldogs have a rich history of winning. They are one of the winningest programs of all time who has found a lot of recent success as well. On top of that, Georgia is in the middle of a recruiting hot bed in the south with many of those elite players residing in the Peach State. The Bulldogs also have a large enough reach as well where they can recruit kids from all over the country.

But the thing that makes Georgia the most attractive job in all of college football is the support and buy-in the entire University, athletic department and fanbase has in the program. Pate discussed how Georgia was always a good but not great program before Kirby Smart came to town, but everything changed the second Smart took over. He demanded buy-in from every single at person at Georgia and the resources to be able to compete with the best programs at the time like Alabama. And Georgia gave him everything he wanted.
