Georgia football is gearing up for what is the biggest game of their 2025 season. The Bulldogs already have one loss this year, and a second would put their goals of winning the SEC and making the College Football Playoff at serious risk.

Unfortunately for Georgia, their next opponent is Ole Miss who is potentially the most difficult game left on their schedule. The Rebels are undefeated and the No. 5 team in the country and are looking to cement themselves as legit contenders against the program that has owned the SEC over the last five years.

Kirby Smart knows how challenging this game is going to be, so that is why he has asked a big favor from the Georgia fans who will be in attendance Saturday night.

“We need the best atmosphere we’ve ever had in Sanford Stadium,” Smart shared via dawgnation.com.

Kirby Smart asks Georgia fans for a big favor

One of the biggest advantages Georgia has over Ole Miss this weekend is their home crowd. Sanford Stadium is always an intimidating atmosphere, but that gets taken to a new level whenever there is a big game taking place. And no game is bigger than Saturday’s matchup against Ole Miss.

It is the only matchup this weekend in college football between top 10 teams, and ESPN’s College GameDay will be on site as well. The winner of this game will also put themselves in prime position to make the SEC Championship game and College Football Playoff while the loser will have serious work to do to accomplish either.

The stakes can’t get any higher, so that is why Smart is calling on the fanbase. Smart is begging for Georgia fans to be as loud as possible not because it will look cool on TV, but because UGA needs that advantage in their favor.

At the end of the day this game will come down to the two teams on the field, but Georgia fans have a chance to make an impact as well. And knowing how great of a fanbase Georgia has, they will certainly answer the call and deliver for Smart and his team on Saturday.
