One of the most unlikely bright spots for Georgia football this past season was running back Nate Frazier. Out of high school, Frazier was the No. 2 running back in the 2024 class which showed very clearly how talented of a player everyone thought he was. But recruiting rankings don't always mean that a player will be good in college, especially in their true freshman season.

But Frazier was thrust into a starting role during the middle of this past season when three Georgia running backs went down with an injury, including starter Trevor Etienne. But Frazier not only held his own, he flourished and showed that he was ready for the spotlight. Frazier ended up finishing the 2024 season with 133 carries for 671 yards and eight touchdowns.

While those stats are very good, especially for a true freshman, Frazier is not satisfied. And he warned the SEC that he is coming back with a vengeance after a Georgia fan predicted a 1,000 yard season for Frazier in 2025.

Frazier is ready to dominate

Frazier is going to have every opportunity this fall to show that he is one of the top running backs in the country. Now that Etienne has opted to head to the NFL, the backfield in Athens now belongs to Frazier. And based on his post above, he is ready to show everyone how great he is.

The Georgia fan in the above post predicted a 1,000 yard, 11 touchdown season for Frazier, but Frazier is not satisfied with that. That season clearly would be phenominal, but he wants to be the best player that he can be which means surpassing both of these totals.

And after witnessing the great true freshman season that he had last year, it would not be surprising to see him have this monster season this year.
