Georgia football's No. 1 commit across all of their recruiting classes is Jayden Wade. He is a five-star quarterback who is the No. 1 overall player in the 2028 recruiting class who announced his commitment to Georgia a couple months ago.

Wade is as good as it gets when it comes to quarterbacks out of high school. He may only be a sophomore in high school, but he is already good enough to the point where he could compete at the college level. Unfortunately Georgia still has to wait two more years before he comes to Athens, but the hype surrounding his arrival is already growing.

And that hype hit an all time high when a workout video of him went viral as he was recorded squatting a whopping 405 pounds.

Georgia's No. 1 overall recruit continues to impress

Wade has remained completely locked in with UGA since committing to Georgia. He has never wavered from that committment and he has not been connected to any other school either.

In fact, he has continued to pledge his commitment to Georgia by sending multiple messages about how much he loves UGA. And these messages have all been sent during the height of the Transfer Portal and recruiting drama across the country, so even though other recruits are changing schools every other day he is choosing to stick with Georgia.

There are still over two years remaining in Wade's recruitment, so anything is still possible. It's impossible to know how he will feel about Georgia or any other school over a year from now when he is still in high school, so he at any point could change his mind on how he feels about UGA.

But for now he has remained committed to Georgia, and it's clips like this that will make UGA fans anxiously await his arrival in two years.
