Georgia football once again is one of the top teams in the country. The Bulldogs enter Saturday's matchup with Ole Miss sitting at 5-1 and the No. 9 team in the country.
While a 5-1 record is solid at this point in the season, it by no means has been easy getting there. Countless times Georgia has had to claw their way back into games this season just to give themslves a chance to win. Being able to fight back and not give up no matter how poorly they play at the start of the game is a good quality to have, and that is why Nick Saban used the word "resilient" to describe Georgia so far this season.

Nick Saban describes Georgia as a "resilient" team
There are three games that stand out that prove Georgia is a resilient team. The Bulldogs most recent matchup with Auburn is the perfect example because they were trailing the Tigers 10-0 and were one yard away from falling behind by 17 points. But then UGA forced a big turnover on the goal line which led to them scoring 20 unanswered points en route to a 20-10 victory.
Georgia also showed reslience against Alabama and Tennessee this season as well as the Bulldogs trailed both teams by multiple scores early in both games. The Bulldogs were able to beat Tennessee but they did fall to Alabama, but Georgia had a chance to beat the Crimson Tide at the end of the game still.
In a perfect world Georgia will have better starts so they won't have to rely on their resilience. But it is nice that UGA has shown they have this quality, because if they fall behind early in another game they know they are nout out of it and still have a great chance to win the game.
