Georgia football's 2026 recruiting class has shot up to No. 6 in the country after their recent commitment from four-star corner Justice Fitzpatrick. But there isn't much time to celebrate that recruiting win as Kirby Smart and his staff have a lot of work to do during the month of June as they host countless recruits on their official visits.

Georgia hosted 18 official visitors last weekend, and many of those recruits have Georgia very high on their board. But according to On3's Chad Simmons, there are four players that visited Georgia last weekend that he believes will eventually commit to Georgia.

1. 5-star TE Kaiden Prothro

Five-star tight end Kaiden Prothro is the top target for Georgia at the position. This was even the case before No. 1 tight end Mark Bowman announced his commitment to USC last week when most thought he was trending to Georgia as well.

Prothro was in Athens this past weekend on an official visit, and according to Simmons that visit cemented Georgia as the team to beat for Prothro.

"I think they have a very good shot to get him. He knows he is the priority at that position."

2. 4-star EDGE Khamari Brooks

Four-star edge Khamari Brooks was also at Georgia on an official visit this past weekend, and heading into last weekend his recruitment appeared to be a race between Georgia and Alabama. That sentiment is still true today, but Simmons believes Georgia really separated themselves with Brooks.

"He's been to Georgia over 15 times, has connections to the program as well... I like where Georgia sits with Khamari Brooks."

Brooks will be visiting Alabama this weekend, so pay close attention to this visit because the Tide are Georgia's biggest competition for Brooks.

3. 4-star WR Craig Dandridge

Four-star wide receiver Craig Dandridge is a name every Georgia fan has been paying close attention to recently. Reason being because 247Sports placed two crystal ball predictions in Georgia's favor in this recruitment during the month of May.

Simmons agrees with 247Sports as well as he also believes that Georgia is the team to beat in this recruitment right now.

"They had a great official visit over the weekend. He'll be at Georgia Tech this weekend, that's there biggest competition right now. I like Georgia's position for Craig Dandrdige as well."

4. 3-star OL Desmond Green

Three-star offensive lineman Desmond Green may be the most difficult recruitment for Georgia to win out of these four players simply because he is from South Carolina and that is UGA's biggest competition right now. But according to Simmons, Georgia really improved their position with Green this past weekend on his official visit.

"A big kid high on Georgia's board. We liked Georgia's position going into the OV (official visit) and we like it even more coming out of the OV. South Carolina looks to be the biggest competition."
