How to watch Kirby Smart and the Bulldogs at SEC Media Days

Kirby Smart is now the face of the SEC after Nick Saban's retirement and he'll be one of the main attractions at SEC Media Days in Dallas as the conference welcomes Oklahoma and Texas.

SEC Media Days kicked off on Monday, exactly 40 days from Week 0 of the college football season. The Georgia Bulldogs won’t be in action until Week 1 against Clemson on August 31 at Mercedes Benz Stadium, but you can catch a glimpse of Kirby Smart and a few of Georgia’s 2024 stars at SEC Media Days in Dallas on Tuesday morning.

Smart is scheduled to speak at 10:05 a.m. ET and coverage can be found on the SEC Network, SEC Network+, or the ESPN app.

Smart will be joined at 10:55 a.m. ET by Carson Beck, Malaki Starks, and Mykel Williams.

The SEC is undergoing tectonic shifts this offseason, not just with the addition of Oklahoma and Texas which will become official during the four-day event in Dallas, but also with a change to the coaching hierarchy. With Nick Saban’s retirement this offseason, Smart with his two national titles, will now be looked to as the face of the league.

Beck and Williams will also be hot commodities for the media in attendance because both figure to be in the mix as a top draft pick in 2024. Beck is widely considered the top returning quarterback after his stellar 2023 season and Williams has often been mentioned along with Tennessee’s James Pearce Jr. as one the top pass-rushers in college football.

Texas and Oklahoma will be the big attractions with the SEC expanding its westward borders, but Georgia is still the favorite to dominate the conference and take home its third national title in the past four seasons. That quest begins on Tuesday, not on the field, but with a press conference in Dallas.
