4. Texas Longhorns
Texas may be the most underrated team in the country. The Longhorns did not play a very good schedule, which is pretty shocking considering they are now a member of the SEC. But even though they didn’t play a great schedule, they still handled their business week in and week out.
Other than when they played Georgia.
However, the Longhorns shouldn’t be punished for losing to Georgia twice, because the Bulldogs are arguably the best program in college football over the last few years. So the fact that they’ve been able to win every other game so far this season is very impressive.
Texas also is coming off a first round win against Clemson 38-24. Their reward for winning is an Arizona State team that the Longhorns are heavily favored against. So Texas more than likely will make the semifinals, where they will have a great chance at beating Oregon or Ohio State to advance to the National Championship game.
