Georgia football is less than a week away from kicking off their 2025 season. The offseason is officially over and it is time for everyone to see what this UGA team is made of this season.
The Bulldogs once again have one of the most difficult schedules in the country, but Kirby Smart has his team sitting at No. 5 in the preseason AP Poll, so they will be ready for any challenge that comes their way.
So let's take a look at Georgia's schedule and predict the final score of all 12 regular season games.
1. Marshall Thundering Herd
This year Georgia has opted to begin their season with an easy game as opposed to their big time nonconference opponent they sometimes schedule. Marshall unfortunately is the team that got the call to be the sacrificial lamb for UGA to begin their season this year.
While this should be an easy win for Georgia, they may struggle a little bit at the start of the game. It can be difficult the first game of the season to put all the pieces together, especially with a brand new quarterback under center and all the transfers they brought in.
Georgia will pull away late in this game, but Marshall will put up more of a fight than any UGA fan hopes to see.
Final Score: Georgia wins 33-13
Updated Record: 1-0
