Georgia football enters the 2025 season with a lot of expectations, but that is the case every year in Athens. The question is if they will be able to live up to them or not, and that is something Georgia fans are unsure of at this time.
But with spring practice beginning this week, UGA fans will get their first glance at the squad and will see how everyone is developing and how the new transfers are fitting in. So what better time to do a game by game prediction for the 2025 season?
Predictions were made for each game back in January before the transfer portal season was in full swing, so without looking at those predictions first let's see how similarly or different the below predictions are one day before spring practice begins.
1. Marshall
First up for Georgia in 2025 is a game against Marshall. This will be a nice way to get the season started without having to break much of a sweat as Marshall is a team Georgia should be able to beat with ease.
This game presents a great opportunity for all the new faces to get comfortable playing with one another in a real game instead of on the practice field, especially for whoever the starting quarterback is.
Marshall may be able to keep the game close early as Georgia figures out how to play with each other, but the Bulldogs will pull away late for an easy win to start off the season.
Final Score: Georgia wins 38-13
