2. Austin Peay
This is where Georgia's schedule gets a little different because they face a team in the FCS. Instead of facing a big name non-conference opponent early in the season like Georgia fans are used to, Kirby Smart opted to make their schedule a little easier this year by scheduling two easy games to start the season. And it won't get any easier than Austin Peay in 2025.
It’s not like Austin Peay is a good FCS program either as they are coming off a disappointing 2024 season where they finished 4-8. Austin Peay isn't a terrible program every year though as they did go undefeated in their conference in 2023.
Austin Peay could maybe challenge some other division one programs, but they won't be able to against the best program in college football. So expect Georgia to jump on Austin Peay early and never look back en route to their biggest win of the season.
Final Score: Georgia wins 56-3
Updated Record: 2-0
