The first edition of the 12-team College Football Playoff bracket has been released, and it is headlined by undefeated Oregon earning the overall number one seed with Georgia football winning their way into the 2-seed.

The first round games get underway on Dec. 20 with 10-seed Indiana traveling to 7-seed Notre Dame with the reamining three first round games all taking place on Dec. 21. So let's dive right in and give our final score prediction for every game until a national champion is crowned.

First Round

1. Texas beats Clemson 27-10

2. Ohio State beats Tennessee 38-35

3. Penn State beats SMU 17-14

4. Indiana beats Notre Dame 31-27

Ohio State and Tennessee is the highlight of the first round games as both teams are clearly good enough to make a run in this year's CFP bracket. This game will go down as a high-scoring classic as the two teams battle for the right to play 1-seed Oregon. But it's Ohio State that edges out the Vols on a last second field goal in front of their home crowd.

Texas will handle their business against 12-seed Clemson who is lucky to even be in the field. Penn State will also handle their business in a cold, snowy and low-scoring affair between the Nittany Lions and SMU.

The one upset in this round will take place in the in-state matchup between 10-seed Indiana and 7-seed Notre Dame. The Irish are a vulnerable team even after winning 10 straight games, and Indiana will look to prove everyone wrong who thinks they don't belong. So look for the Hoosiers to give the Irish a run for their money and come out on top in this highly anticipated game.
