This game might be the scariest game for Georgia next season. Sure the Bulldogs have absolutely dominated Tennessee for many years now as they are winners of eight straight in this matchup. But this game presents a lot of challenges for Georgia.
As mentioned, UGA typically has a big non-conference game to start their season. That is always a really nice thing because it gives Georgia a chance to play a legit opponent and see how they stack up against them. That however is not the case next season, so Tennessee will be the first true test for Georgia next year.
This game also being on the road will present a lot of challenges as well as the Tennessee fanbase is more than ready to finally beat Georgia again.
So the Vols will have the home crowd on their side and likely will have the better quarterback with an experienced Nico Iamaleava under center. Add all of that together and you may very well get the first loss to Tennessee in nearly a decade.
