Tight End

TE1: Oscar Delp

TE2: Lawson Luckie

TE3: Elyiss Williams

Tight end is one position Georgia fans might not be so confident in heading into next season. However, that may not be this groups fault.

The tight end spot was never one to be featured too often when Carson Beck was under center (outside of Brock Bowers), so that severely impacted the production each player was able to produce. But that doesn’t mean Georgia’s tight end room is bad.

Oscar Delp leads the way for this group with the most experience after recording 21 catches for 248 yards and four touchdowns last season. Lawson Luckie posted very similar numbers as Delp as well, with 24 receptions for 348 yards and three touchdowns of his own.

But that is where the experience at tight end comes to an end. True freshman Elyiss Williams is another name to monitor, but he has to prove it on the field before anyone should count on him to produce much this fall.
