4. Defensive Backs Coach - Donte Williams

Losses: Julian Humphrey, Justyn Rhett
Returnees/Additions: Daylen Everette, Daniel Harris, Ellis Robinson IV, Demello Jones

Donte Williams returns for his second season at Georgia to lead the Bulldogs cornerbacks that gave up 71 passing plays that went over twenty yards in 2024.

One of the most important pieces of news received by Georgia this offseason was when veteran and SEC Championship game MVP Daylen Everette announced that he would be returning in 2025. With Everette a stalwart at LCB, Williams is looking to develop his counterpart at RCB that was vacated by starter Julian Humphrey when he decided to leave the program via the transfer portal back in December. Daniel Harris has played the majority of snaps at RCB since Humphrey’s departure and is a liely candidate to do just that.

Waiting in the wings who could be called upon later this season are former No. 1 overall recruit Ellis Robinson IV and talented freshman Demello Jones.
