This week's results: 73-43 win vs. Tennessee, 71-63 win @ Arkansas
Florida had one of the best week's in the conference this past week thanks to the best win of the week by far. Florida hosted No. 1 Tennessee early last week in one of the most anticipated games in the SEC of last week. That game however did not live up to the hype as Florida was extremely dominant from the opening tip, eventually winning the game by a whopping 30 points.
Florida followed that win up with a solid eight point win at Arkansas over the weekend as well.
That win against Tennessee, which was the Volunteers first loss of the season, was plenty good enough to shoot the Gators up these rankings into the top three, and with an easy couple games in front of them they very well could move up even more depending on how the teams in front of them do.
Florida's easy week begins with a home game against Missouri on Tuesday followed by another home game against Texas this weekend. Anyhting short of two wins would be a disappointment for Florida, so look for two comfortable wins out of the Gators this week.
