This week's results: 73-66 win @ Arkansas, 77-65 win vs. LSU
Ole Miss is one of three undefeated teams remaining in SEC play which is extremely impressive, however they haven’t faced the most difficult schedule so far.
The Rebels did beat Georgia two weeks ago in their first SEC game which is a great win, but this past week saw Ole Miss beat up on two not so great teams. Those wins were against Arkansas and LSU.
At the end of the day, all Ole Miss can do is beat the teams on their schedule, which they have done to this point. However, before they move up higher on this list they have to show they can beat some of the top teams in the conference.
This week the Rebels will get that chance as they travel to Alabama on Tuesday before hitting the road for a rivalry matchup with Mississippi State this weekend. So if Ole Miss can survive this week, they will be at the top of these rankings next week.
