Georgia football got a massive 31-17 win over Tennessee Saturday night in game they had to win to keep their season alive. After a rocky start to the game, everything that could go right did go right for Georgia en route to their 14-point win over the Vols.

There are so many reasons and so many stats to point to that show why Kirby Smart and Georgia were able to win this game, but there are two stats in particular that really stand out from this game.

No Sacks Allowed

Georgia's offense ran 71 plays on Saturday night, and they did not allow one sack the entire game. That right there is exactly how a team plays winning football.

The success of every great football team begins with their offensive line play. It is impossible to be an elite football team if you don't have a really good offensive line. And there were a lot of question marks about Georgia's offensive line after Ole Miss dominated them last week.

But Georgia's offensive line responded and played extremely well against a very good Tennessee defense. They did not give up one sack in this game, which is arguably one of the biggest reasons why Georgia was able to win this game.

Zero Turnovers

Now this is a stat Georgia fans have been waiting to see for quite some time now.

Georgia has recently had many issues with turning the ball over. A lot of that has fallen on Carson Beck as he has worked through his issues with throwing interceptions, but Beck arguably just had his best game of his career and did not turn the ball over once.

The rest of Georgia's offense did their part as well by not turning the ball over either. Yes, there were a few moments when Georgia got lucky. They recovered one of their own fumbles and had a pass ruled incomplete when it looked like the receiver may have fumbled in real time.

But at the end of the day, this stat is exactly what it says. Georgia had zero turnovers. And when you combine that with elite play from UGA's offensive line, this Georgia team is going to win a lot of football games.
